This place has an undeniable charm and is simply beautiful.
This was my first gym I ever attended. Staff always has smiling faces, they have good workout equipment and they do a great job reaching out to the community. If it wasn't for a Bible being at the counter, I might not even have read it but in 1998 it changed my life.

I remember Jan since her time on Front St. I made sure to stop there on July 17, 2017 early morning before making our 10 hour drive back to North Carolina. It was a great way for me to get energized for the day. That is what I like about my hometown there is always somewhere to go back to;) Thank you Jan sorry I missed seeing you.
