Pontiac tire shouldn't even call their self a business! worst experience ever!I would recommend u use some other options before you consider taking your car to them . I recently had 2 tires mounted and balanced. the next morning tires were flat do to them not installing new valve's I called to let them know about the valve's they said it's a separate service according to them. I've worked at a tire shop before and when installing new tires is common practice to install new valve's. so they said to bring the car but it would be an additional 10 dollars a tire . I didn't trust them to do that service. I then took my car to discont tire so they can install the valves. they then told me the wheels were not balanced at all!! had to pay to get the same service Pontiac tire were paid to do!! not to mention it was 31$ cheaper at discount tire. be ware all three locations they have one on state, Hanna, and pontiac.
