the website tells me this place takes baby birds but when I call they told me to break its legs because they only take injured Birds now they're telling me they don't even take injured Birds. this place is a truly disgusting heartless place that has no business taking care of rescue animals. shame.

We are truly sorry that you feel our hospital is heartless. We are in fact the opposite, we proudly dedicate ourselves to helping wildlife when we can. Due to being a fully functioning busy hospital we can only take injured small birds as we do not have the staff for the round the clock care a baby bird needs. RecommendedThank you Ponti Vet Team for all that you guys do. You guys took great care of our dog Razz since we rescued her, up through the end of her life. And with my cat, she's not friendly at all but when she needed to be seen.... You guys took great care of her, even when ya'll are slammed busy! No matter how difficult she can be, thank you guys for helping her to live a lot longer! She's a happy cat again🥰😻🐾

I’ve brought my rat to Ponti a few times, on the recommendation of friends, and I’m sold! Dr. Jordan is wonderful. She caught a defect in my rat’s teeth that other vets (and I myself) had missed, and since I switched to Ponti, his general well-being has improved tremendously. I live near several vet clinics, but the longer drive to Otis Orchards is absolutely worth my time and my boy’s health!
Very caring staff and Veterinary Drs. Reasonably priced as well, So happy I made the switch to here.

Great Staff! We brought in a little Mourning Dove, after she crashed into the dining room window, and the staff knew exactly what to do and Informed us of each step they were going to take, from evaluating her condition, to her(hopeful) return to her habitat.
