No follow up, no communication, not professional. Installed the wrong color door in an HOA neighborhood, was told by the owner of the company that it would be replaced but instead chose to paint the door to match.Since then the door does not open properly to the closed position. Asked for a warranty on the door along with the paint used and that was over a week ago. Asked for an invoice after it was paid for and still waiting on that. Claims hes been in the business for 40 years hard to believe.
