Horrible service! may be a good resource for renters providing them exaggerated services at the expense of the owner but do not ever trust this company for property management. You will not even be getting half the rental for your property. There is no staff, it is a single-person-run company. They somehow convinced me to bring the property under contract for 2 years after getting me desperate by keeping it vacant for 4 months.
