My husband and I took the day Saturday specifically to visit Regional Homes of Hammond. The moment we mentioned using our own mortgage company, we were immediately shut down and told they would not work with them. The salesman (with his “13 years of experience”) came across as arrogant and unprofessional. We didn’t even make it past the front desk before realizing this wasn’t the place for us. I dealt with two different sales people who said they would help me after the initial consultation I never hear back from them. This equates to bad very bad customer service. I would never recommend them for anything. If they can’t sell you a home how could they ever be expected to service your home after the sale.
My home has been delivered for several months and I still can’t get the company to finish putting things together in the house, fixed on the outside of the house. They claim it would be done but it has taken nearly a year and things are still not done. I wouldn’t recommend Regional Homes to anyone.
