I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander that has been a wonderful SUV but was beginning to look a bit shabby. The hood was peeling down to the metal & the rear bumper had a dent in it along with wear & tear. We had a great experience with all the staff. Our full frame off restoration was stress free. They allowed us to ask tons of questions and come see the progress along the way. We were informed of all steps before they happened. Even now if we have questions Ric still happily answers.
