Ben attended on time and provided a cost estimate a few days later for cleaning our windows and inside screens. His team showed up on time and even sent a text while enroute to confirm they were on time. The price quote was decent and the quality of the service was excellent. A couple of days later they emailed my invoice and was as quoted. I will be using Ben and Pono Window Cleaning again.

Our house is only a year and a half old, but the windows have never looked better after Pono Window Cleaning did their magic. They also power-washed the house and driveway. In addition, we had them clean the solar PV and hot water panels. All turned out great. The price was good and the service was excellent. Good equipment, great employees, and an excellent management team. Arrived on schedule and kept us informed all along the way. Maui is lucky to have such a professional business.

The Pono team completely transformed our view by removing years of hard water and dust from long-neglected windows. The care at which the took on the details was mind-blowing and heart warming. They got to our windows high and low, ladders, roofs, they used it all! We couldn't be happier with their service, their rates, their equipment, and the speed at which they were able to get out to our house and get the job done. We look forward to having them out again when it's time!!
