I came in for a late lunch at 3:00 and I waited at the front with no one saying anything to me for over 15 minutes and there was no one in the restaurant and no one else waiting. The place is nice and staff is nice too, the food unfortunately isn’t anything special. My burrito felt quite dry, it’s mostly rice. It came with a gravy but I didn’t love the combination. Some veggies would help, as well as a different sauce. The meat from my relative was also just fine. The poke bowls seem to be a bit better, to I would have to try myself another time if I ever come back. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor area.

The food was pretty okay for being a pick up order. However, when picking up the order the servers were so rude. They gave me no direction and judgmental looks. I simply just wanted to pick up my order and be on my way but apparently being serviced poorly was also part of what was going to happen. The food was okay and I think what really ruined it for me was the servers. Congratulations on playing yourself Pono. Longtime customer and you guys decide to replace humans with an AI assistant to take my order. AI assistant proceeds to totally butcher my order, quote me double the price of what I asked for and then told me its impossible to sub mac salad in a Katsu bowl even though ive gotten that same order for years. Now I cancelled and want nothing to do with this anti-human interaction business. Unfortunate bc I really like the food and the managers.
