Great service, average food. 3 meals arrived within 4 minutes, the 4th took over 20. The Teriyaki Chicken (pictured) looked great and was indeed good. Do not recommend the Loco burrito. Overall the place was nice and we had a good time, but the food could get a little touch up.
Pono has consistently been a regular destination when it comes to looking for the best Poké Bowls (and Hawaiian food) in Santa Cruz! During a recent visit, I ended up with an issue that resulted me having to leave unhappy with my friends order. It was disappointing as their food is always amazing and we left hungry. After a brief conversation a couple days later over the phone with their manager named "Sean", he met with me in person and apologized for the issue and corrected the issue.
