I would love to try this place but both of the times they have been open, I have stood at the counter for multiple minutes waiting for someone to appear to take my order and they never do. Done trying. Having no one up front is such a bad look for a food service establishment. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work.

This ponlo chicken is located inside of Lenox Mall in Atlanta, Ga. this location has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve encountered in a mall setting. They are never open and when they are they leave day old chicken out for you to sample. I go to school in the mall so one there everyday. They are dry and non engaging considering in a mall setting. I am sorry but I do not like this location I miss the one in Chastin Square. I really loved their customer service and the food was always fresh.

Great food and nice service. Just a bit of a wait, but if the food is fresh—it’s worth waiting for! Only “complaint” was that the receipts were printing blanks & there was no way to go back and have it emailed instead.
