Ok im gonna start with the apartments are alright. Ac is in living room so air dont reach the bedroom so good. No ceilin fan I bedroom gets pretty warm in summer. Repair guy is nice and gets job done quick however unless you talk to the young lady in the office good luck getting on the list.
