DO NOT RENT HERE. The place is completely invested with cockroaches and will leave you with actual ptsd. The moment you sign a lease you will be bombarded with multiple texts and emails DAILY threatening to call the police or evict tenants for the most random things. They are constantly shutting the water off to do repairs because they are too cheap to actually fix the issue. The most recent text essentially blamed the problem on the tenants and told them to “use toilet paper sparingly” lol They are the “cheapest” apartments... read more
One of the worst places I have ever lived. The landlords Eve and Michelle are two of the most condescending people I have ever met in my life. They send out an average of 5 paragraphs a day either yelling at their tenants, or micromanaging the property. They threaten to take leases away and tow cars daily. The actual apartments are beautiful, made terrible by landlords with power complexes.
