One of the worst places I have ever lived. The landlords Eve and Michelle are two of the most condescending people I have ever met in my life. They send out an average of 5 paragraphs a day either yelling at their tenants, or micromanaging the property. They threaten to take leases away and tow cars daily. The actual apartments are beautiful, made terrible by landlords with power complexes.
Avoid!
I used to live here at pondsview apartments for 8 years. I lived in one of the smaller two-bedroom apartments and paid $1150. to start. By the time I left I was paying $1350. I was a single mother struggling to keep afloat. . dan was amazing. He's the only reason I was able to provide a place for myself and my girls and afford to stay there.
