I used to live here at pondsview apartments for 8 years. I lived in one of the smaller two-bedroom apartments and paid $1150. to start. By the time I left I was paying $1350. I was a single mother struggling to keep afloat. . dan was amazing. He's the only reason I was able to provide a place for myself and my girls and afford to stay there. Was awesome before management changed, new management is unresponsive and only interested in profit.

Ever since this place got new management (fren), the living conditions have gotten from bad to worst. All these loud bangs and drills from the ceiling leave a dust residue on the floor. This leaves the other tenants susceptible to allergies. On the other note, we will forever be thankful for Dan(former landlord) who was kind to tenants.

My wife and I lived here for a few years until the new management came in recently. The female manager was extremely rude to my wife when speaking to her. I've heard from other people she was quite rude to them as well which shows lack of empathy towards their tenants. A quick Google search of their company name shows that they have lawsuits against them for their properties collapsing on their tenants which begs the question if these people are capable of managing and being able to take care of the property.
