Thanks Jeff! This was a great experience and well worth it for the diagnostic work you did.
We were very happy with our service from Pond’s. Josh and Ammon were professional and did a great job with our install process. Another thing that we really appreciated was Josh coming back to thoroughly explain our new thermostat system to us and demonstrate all the features to us. Our family would definitely recommend Pond’s and appreciate the incredible service provided to us!
Really the best. In addition to annual maintenance, they repair and resolve complex problems. We had pipes that had been corroded by fumes from pool equipment. They proceeded carefully, replaced what was necessary but did t go overboard, and made our house safe and secure. All work done quickly and well.
Rick Montgomery is very skilled.
Ponds installed and repaired my high velocity hydronic HVAC system. Worked with 2 other companies and they both had major issues getting the system running. All the Ponds reps were super knowledgeable and the install team was amazing. Wish I had called them first!
