Terrible and unprofessional service (passport photographs).
Never disappointed. The service is always outstandingly helpful, and I have never been unsatisfied by the quality of product I receive. They have a great in-store selection and are well educated to make informed recommendations if what you’re looking for is not available. I have been getting film developed here for years and I can always trust that my memories are in good hands.
Quick and very receptive
These guys work wonders for me for all my film rolls for development. I've been playing with cameras for 23 years. Film is still the best option.
I was in Ponds yesterday Friday August 28th around 4PM.I asked the young man if he could help me with an issue I had with my Lumix digital camera. I had photos saved in the camera, but not on the SD card. I needed to know how to transfer the images from the camera onto the SD card. I explained the UBS cord was damaged. But he plugged the cord into his computer, even though I said that wouldn't work.
