I have loved living here! The apartments are updated and are in a great location. The bus route takes you right up to UM, and the bus comes about every 15 minutes, so you don’t need to worry about parking. Never had to worry about parking at the apartment complex either. The community is always clean and quiet, and any maintenance requests are fixed ASAP. Any time I need something fixed, it is done in less than 24 hours! Have lived here since 2020, since new management took over in 2021/2022 we have had great experiences with maintenance and timely repairs. Never gone more than 24 hours without someone helping us with our work request.
