The apartment itself is nice, but maybe a bit overpriced for what you get. We actually really like the company that owns this property, so much so that we even decided to move to another one of their properties. But for some reason, management at the Ponds seemed to take this personally and made it unnecessarily difficult to proceed. As an example: They would not accept our 30 day move out notice early.
