Worst move-out experience ever. They did not send any notification to let you know that the final bill was sent. By the time I checked and opened it expecting a check, it's a bill. Also there's a seven days deadline for arguing about that amount. I have paid 750 deposit and they claimed that my damage was exactly 750. LOL. Like what are the odds? They charge hundreds for cabinet door, like what even does that mean. I did not damage any door in the apartment. Anyways, don't live here if you want your deposit back LOL. Living ... read more
Beyond happy that we spent the last 5 years living here. We will miss our first Ann Arbor apartment so much. I loved the balcony, the nature, the efficient maintenance staff, the pool, the fitness room, and more. Would live here again in a heartbeat.
Joseph the manager has been disrespectful and is extremely difficult to work with. Actual place is fine. Rent’s a little steep.
Really nice apartments in a great setting. The dog park was great for our dog and management also resolved questions or concerns as we brought them to their attention.
Been a pleasure talking to Joe. We enjoyed the playground and the dog park and the location is very central. Most appartments are updated and well maintained.
