Beyond happy that we spent the last 5 years living here. We will miss our first Ann Arbor apartment so much. I loved the balcony, the nature, the efficient maintenance staff, the pool, the fitness room, and more. Would live here again in a heartbeat.
Joseph the manager has been disrespectful and is extremely difficult to work with. Actual place is fine. Rent’s a little steep.
Really nice apartments in a great setting. The dog park was great for our dog and management also resolved questions or concerns as we brought them to their attention.
Been a pleasure talking to Joe. We enjoyed the playground and the dog park and the location is very central. Most appartments are updated and well maintained.
I just took a tour here, and the management was extremely helpful and the apartments were beautiful and well kept. I also loved the pond in the back with the little grill setup! The management was very knowledgeable and prompt in reaching out to me getting my information for the apartments. Would definitely recommend living here for anyone looking for a nice spot in Ann Arbor!
