Consulted with Rick about supply and installing a pond pump replacement. Was promised that a quote would be supplied in a few days. After several reminder follow ups including two visits to the Pondman premises I am still waiting for the quote. It has now been well over two months. This guy is totally unreliable and his promises mean NOTHING. Worst service ever. Would not recommend him at all

I went there in December for I needed some real pond liner.the team was really helpful and as well as really know everything to know about pond and they also have a awesome range of garden statue’s and water plants. Go check it out 👍🏻🇫🇷
