This place is awesome. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Only downfall is that there is no mailboxes on property and you have to pay for parking.

Going outside whether raining/snowing to let on guests or pick up take out, no size limit on dogs (most tenants won't use leashes-keep an eye on kids), unannounced entry-no doorbell & no notification for work orders (entered my apt by 2x for work needed in other units), paying extra to park closer to the building but unable to leave after 5pm since 24/7 parking sign is not enforced (was advised 24/7 didn't include Fri, Sat, Sun, or after 5pm on weekdays, WTF?!?
GREAT COMPLEX! As senior citizens helping son move, it was very welcomed that many UNR students helped move every tenant into apartments. Thank you Staff for arranging that service and thank you students very much!!
Finally, dedicated on-campus housing for graduate students. I enjoy seeing the construction progress each day.
