Very thankful for Dr. Carroll's kind bedside manner. We are new to the area and were nervous to find a provider for our dog. The staff was great, got us in quickly, and the prices were very fair. Our pup needed surgery and we couldn't be more thankful for the after hours calls to check up on her! She is doing great thanks to the Ponderosa Vet team.
I came to Ponderosa with a sick senior kitty 3 years ago. They were nothing short of amazing! My sick senior kitty made it another 2 years with a couple more visits. She and her sibling both passed there 2 weeks apart. The vets and staff there are so compassionate and caring in this devastating time. I truly love this vet office. My cats were 18 when they passed, we had met many vets, not a single one can compare to the people at ponderosa. Caring and compassionate vets, highly recommend!
We were not clients of this vet, but we needed to put one of our dogs down after 16 great years. They offered the sedation shot prior, which our vet did not. Ponderosa was great from the initial phone call and through the whole process. They had a separate room for us and really made the whole event as comfortable as it could be. I plan to switch my other dog to them from here on out.
