Had an awesome experience at Ponderosa Smiles!! Everything was great from the front office staff, to my hygienist, Lexi to Dr Lyons!! They never tried to upsell me on anything. They were friendly and courteous and very personable!! Lexi was the best!!! Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Rob did phenomenal work fixing my chipped front tooth. There's absolutely no visible difference between my actual tooth and the filling. He does everything with immense care and patient comfort in mind.
I took a nasty fall this September & had to have my jaws wired shut. During weeks 5-6, I started to feel a lot of plaque building up on the inside of my lower four middle teeth. It felt disgusting!! Rob & his staff worked to get me in for a cleaning the afternoon after my wires & screws were removed. We are from the eastern part of SD, so I was extremely appreciative of their efforts to schedule me for the cleaning that day. They truly go the extra mile!
I had a great experience. Lost a 20+ year old filling from a previous provider and they were able to get me in same week. Had the tooth refilled, no crown. Great work and didn’t feel a thing.
