Ponderosa realty is essentially a family-owned and operated business. They have been in Ridgway as a trusted business for a long time. That is why I decided to use ponderosa when I was selling my property Chase is part of that family and he did a wonderful job. He was easy to work with, professional and timely. He sold my property within a couple of weeks for the asking price in cash. The whole thing went very smoothly. I would highly recommend ponderosa realty.

I have worked with many Realtors over the years and can say that Chase is one of the hardest working ones I’ve met. Chase quickly identified what we were looking for and from that point till closing he stayed with us every step of the way. A good Realtor makes the process seem easy, (although nothing is ever easy). Don’t let his young age fool you, this guy is already a true pro!!
