They need to tare-down that building. Nothing but bad omens at this point.
Do NOT under any circumstances rent a property under their management. They are less than responsive and continually try to make the renter responsible for repairs/maintenance of the low-quality materials that need attention. Poor workmanship and minimal effort to provide a livable space is evident throughout their units. Then, of course, there's the matter of the security deposit when you leave. This Management Co is very, VERY unprofessional. In one week (M-F), I called the regional manager 12 times, and the office 10 times...... no return call. SMH
I have had a poor experience in working with this company. First, on move in day their maintenance guy messed up my garage clicker had to wait 2 plus weeks before my wife had access to our parking. Second, numerous maintenance request were submitted for the same issue. I had a backed up sewer line that prohibited me from using my kitchen sink for nearly a month.
