Absolutely terrible company! They’re using the camp fire as a means to extort previous renters. Claiming previous renters owe them money from years ago on locations that are burned down. California state law states that you have to notify renters that they owe money within 21 days. Not 3 years later! I’m not the previous renter, but I know someone who is. That person keeps a very spotless home and takes very good care of where she lives. She pays everything not only on time, but before it’s even due.
I have been trying to get my deposit back from Ponderosa properties for 2 and 1/2 months now they are not a good place to rent from believe me I was a wonderful tended for them for 10 years and then they just sold this house out from underneath me they claimed but my friends down the street from the house told me since I've been gone nobody's touched it they clean the yard because that was the only thing that needed to be done because I did the rest so where's my deposit I say like I said don't rent from Ponderosa properties... read more
