The only reason a place like this has tenants is that they have a captive market. If you need to reside here for work your options are nonexistent. This place does not have any regard for people with disabilities. Laundry mat could use some work. Buildings are well sound proofed from one unit to the next. Overall, I had a good experience living here.

Pros: rooms in good condition, maintenance is reasonably quick and effective, integrated laundromat, good location in central los alamos. Cons: Outside stairs are dangerous in the winter (try to get a bottom floor). Not nearly as cheap as it used to be, relative to other places in los alamos.

Very innovative company. They’ve recently installed an EV charger in our parking lot and solar panels on the roofs of the complex. When ever I’ve contacted maintenance whether during holidays, snow, nor even weekends they show up fast and professionally.
