Dr. Nicole and her team were so incredibly kind and compassionate, helping with the passing of our senior dog in a manner that less stressful for him. She even took time to create a clay paw print memorial with his giant paw. We can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Ponderosa Pet.
I wish I could give the Ponderosa Pet Vet Services team infinite stars. I recently had to say goodbye to my 17-year-old cat, Reese, and they were so compassionate and attentive through every step of the experience. They immediately responded to my request to schedule at-home euthanasia, were highly communicative leading up to the appointment, took their time throughout the process, and gave my old boy the gentlest parting possible. Knowledgeable, willing to work to meet your needs as well as the animal's needs. Empathy and compassion with every visit.
We have used them twice and they were great to work with both times. Once for an eye injury and another time for a peaceful euthanasia for an elderly dog. Both times they came to our house and it was really nice to not have to have the stress of leaving with your dog, especially when you’re going through something traumatic.
Very friendly and very informative about my bearded dragon. They checked her thoroughly and gave me suggested items to ensure her health and well being. They even texted me the next day with a follow up to make sure I was looking for the correct UV light. Highly recommend.
