I have to say so many thank yous to everyone at pondarosa. I had to leave my boy for a few months while trying to find a new apartment. They made him very happy. Sadly on the 16th of july my boy was sick and couldnt get up. They contacted me to let me know he was going to the vet. And then they went further by covering the blood work to see what was wrong. He was diabetic and in severe ketoacidosis. We had to pit him down. We dont own a car and the owner of the resort came and picked up my mom so she could say goodbye. Thank... read more
Super sweet people to work with!!! And prices that can't be beat. I feel like my cats would be in the best care here. Thank you, Ponderosa.
We enjoy them, but can not cut my dog hair right.
Best drop off and pickup ever! Both dogs were happy and energetic at pickup. I would highly recommend this place, but I don't want it to get overcrowded and over priced.
