Living at Ponderosa Park Apartments was the worst housing experience of my life! While living there, I was extremely sick for over three weeks (I even lost my voice for over a week) and later discovered that I was ill because the apartment complex was hiding a major sewage issue. After deceiving the tenants by scheduling "routine inspections," the apartment complex inspected the sewage space under my complex, saw raw sewage seeping under my closet, and failed to notice me AT ALL.
