I was raised here. Ponderosa (at the time, ive been gone for 4 years) was a very child friendly place and the woods surrounding the trailer park was so much fun to explore in with friends and my parents. good people, great placement right on the outskirts of town, and the scenery is amazing in the fall! I highly recommend for starting a family :D
I love this park! Surrounded by big beautiful trees, creek, and lots of wild life. Squirrels, raccoons, cardinals, blue birds..Lot rent is reasonable..Most of the people here are friendly. I've lived here for at least 15 years now....and Just like everyone else...I don't ever want to move!
I have always loved coming here after school in high school and know I'm living here with my boyfriend and we love it.
This is a nice trailor park. People are friendly and it's quiet here. Reminds me of living in the mountains.
