They should give you what you pay for. Their bark is not a full yard, not even close.

Ordered plants on QVC from Ponderosa. Received plants. They died. Was told it was too late to re-ship but would do so in the spring of 2017. STILL WAITING!!!! Will never ever buy plants from Ponderosa or QVC again. My wife has plants from 1977 STILL living, so do not even say she doesn't know what she's doing. You lie & cheat people out of their money!!!
First time going there & seriously Jim is the nicest man ever! Helped with all my questions gave me a deal and was just very nice. I definitely will be going back there :)
