Do not recommend living here the plumbing shitty, the maintenance is shitty,The managing is shitty and that’s when they are able to keep a manager. We were there for about 15 years and went through 10 managers. The pool is great.
My family and I unfortunately live in this park and its really bad. The management truly only cares about getting money and does nothing to improve it. The Water and/or electricity is turned off at least once a month (most times without any notice) What they charge for space rent is outlandish and if your not a favorite with management they try and make your stay difficult. If your considering moving here don't.
November 17th 2025. Once again problems with the water. If everybody's helps and sign a petition, we all come together. You can put a stop to this. If we all stop paying land rent, the people that own the ponderosa lands they own many others these people are rich and they do not do anything to fix this issue!
