Went in for the first time earlier this week. The staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The meat was great quality. Will definitely be back!!
Everyone here is super nice! Prices are awesome and when I call ahead for a big order they have it ready for pickup! Great place!
Ordered a 5 bone-in Prime Rib for a family gathering. It was trimmed, boned and tied back (with the bones). Cooked on my Trager for 6 hours and it was the best ever. So tender, juicy and flavor-town! December 22, 2021 Picked up two 4bone seasoned prime ribs, cook them tonight, serve them at 135°. They were incredible!!
Have placed a couple orders here the workers here are extremely sweet would have done a five-star but this time around I got a couple cuts of meat that were kind of expensive that was not sealed correctly and got ruined brought it to the company's attention and they will not exchange for correctly sealed meet so extremely bummed out had to re purchase same cuts to replace... Got a couple pics good seal vs bad got meet same day look at difference the seal makes in keeping fresh.
Great price on elk salami! Bison elk l amb and other sausages are also very very good. Great people, a real butcher's meat market
