Have had alright luck with the steaks. First order was outstanding, second order was underweight and quality wasn’t there on the steaks. Ordered 80/20 ground beef and it was terrible. It was more like 70/30 at best. It gave the wife and I indigestion and diarrhea. Still not sure if something else was wrong with it. I msg them about it and emailed them and never got a response. Once a happy customer now looking elsewhere.
Ordered a 5 bone-in Prime Rib for a family gathering. It was trimmed, boned and tied back (with the bones). Cooked on my Trager for 6 hours and it was the best ever. So tender, juicy and flavor-town! December 22, 2021 Picked up two 4bone seasoned prime ribs, cook them tonight, serve them at 135°. They were incredible!!
Have placed a couple orders here the workers here are extremely sweet would have done a five-star but this time around I got a couple cuts of meat that were kind of expensive that was not sealed correctly and got ruined brought it to the company's attention and they will not exchange for correctly sealed meet so extremely bummed out had to re purchase same cuts to replace... Got a couple pics good seal vs bad got meet same day look at difference the seal makes in keeping fresh.
I love when my dawg dad takes me here the staff kicks ass we had trouble placing the order boom no problem this place rocks they really take pride in the product and service this is the place to get top quality meats the chicken is awesome don't forget a bag of bones for the dawgs highly recommend for human consumption almost forgot bacon goes with most everything check out online box deals
Great quality of meats! Just wish they had a little more variety when it comes to the meats offered.
