Ordered a 5 bone-in Prime Rib for a family gathering. It was trimmed, boned and tied back (with the bones). Cooked on my Trager for 6 hours and it was the best ever. So tender, juicy and flavor-town! December 22, 2021 Picked up two 4bone seasoned prime ribs, cook them tonight, serve them at 135°. They were incredible!!
Have placed a couple orders here the workers here are extremely sweet would have done a five-star but this time around I got a couple cuts of meat that were kind of expensive that was not sealed correctly and got ruined brought it to the company's attention and they will not exchange for correctly sealed meet so extremely bummed out had to re purchase same cuts to replace... Got a couple pics good seal vs bad got meet same day look at difference the seal makes in keeping fresh.
Small, but powerful! Ponderosa Meats has a Fantastic selection of freshly butchered meats to choose from! They also have fresh cuts bones for your doggy pal!! Super clean interior and Super friendly staff!!
We first ordered online and did an in-store pick-up and the staff were great. We loved the product so signed up for monthly delivery and just received our first order. It was fast, super easy, to set up online, arrived in a refrigerated van with everything still frozen and was overall a great experience. We're stoked to have found Ponderosa Meat Co.!
Truck drivers, if you haven't delivered here before, you need to enter dock area off of Holcomb. Very narrow area to pull in and line up for their single dock. Had a partial load and took about 40 minutes.
