I have been using Ponderosa Heating and Air for years now at our home in Bailey. I have worked with Todd, Moe, and John. They have proven time and time again that they are reliable and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to our mountain homes. I will always use and recommend Ponderosa! John and Nick (trainee) came to diagnose and repair our propane gas fireplace. They were pleasant, prompt (early!) professional, and friendly. Great attention to detail, and not in a huge rush. Fixed the issue without exceeding estimate or needing to return. Thanks guys!
