I've been using Ponderosa Heating and Air for over ten years when it was still owned by Todd. The new owner Moe and his team have continued the great service that Todd established. Our furnace went out and Moe and his team were very clear regarding solutions and worked to get the new install completed quickly in the cold weather. Always appreciate their honest and straightforward approach. Cannot recommend Ponderosa heating enough! We had the pleasure of having our boiler give out in the midst of winter. Moe very quickly came to assess the problem. By the next day, Eric, Anthony, and Alex were at our house installing the new, far more efficient boiler. And, by the day after that it was fully installed and good to go. Along with that, everyone at Ponderosa was incredibly professional, kind, and timely. We look forward to continuing to work with Ponderosa.
Absolutely fantastic experience. They arrived on time at the beginning of the time window. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One fireplace issue was addressed and fixed and the other 2 were serviced. I couldn't have asked for better service. This company is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure to work with in any capacity in 2 different countries. I highly recommend Ponderosa Hearing & Air to anyone who wants heating and ac work done. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 15.
Ponderosa is the only company we will use for our heating and cooling needs. Moe and team are on time, clean, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the work they do. We had a minor hiccup on our recent service and the issue was corrected IMMEDIATELY by Michael and Moe. This is a company you can trust to do right by you every time.
The Ponderosa team did a fantastic job. From the initial inspection, discussion of needs/wants, bidding process on through to the installation, shared operational instruction and tips. Cleaned up and allowed for installation inspection prior to paying the bill. Jeffco County required new furnace installation mechanical permit was included. Very professional. Completely satisfied! Give them a try.
