Great experience working with Ponderosa Heating and Air Conditioning. Scheduled our fall furnace tune up, but a few weeks before our appointment our existing unit stopped working. Moe fit us in to evaluate the issues and worked to get a replacement unit installed the next day. He helped us optimize the size of the unit and costs to fit our budget. Moe and Ben are extremely knowledgeable and great to work with! They got my fireplace repaired and the furnace cleaned and inspected. They were very helpful in explaining my systems, potential future issues, and what to watch out for. Great communication throughout and a 5-star experience. They are clearly setup for working in the mountains and all that brings along with it. If they can’t get to your house in a blizzard, likely no one can.

The old furnace in my rental house went out just at the beginning of winter. It can be difficult to get replacements on short notice, but Moe from Ponderosa Heating* was out in two days to assess the situation. It was determined that the old furnace could not be repaired, and in a matter of days, a team--John and Ivan---were there with a new furnace. Moe got my heat working quickly and efficiently on the day I called without heat. As he checked out the unit, I was able to see for myself the other issues in my twenty year old system. I opted to replace it, a long with my water heater (same age). Scheduling was speedy (a few days later) and the workmen, Jerry and JP were courteous, hard working and efficient. It was below zero outside and I quickly needed to do something because the house was losing heat because the furnace was not working.. I got the phone number of Ponderosa, and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Chris arrived and within an hour, the furnace working and the house was beginning to get warm.
