Cannot recommend Ponderosa heating enough! We had the pleasure of having our boiler give out in the midst of winter. Moe very quickly came to assess the problem. By the next day, Eric, Anthony, and Alex were at our house installing the new, far more efficient boiler. And, by the day after that it was fully installed and good to go. Along with that, everyone at Ponderosa was incredibly professional, kind, and timely. We look forward to continuing to work with Ponderosa.
I've been using Ponderosa Heating and Air for over ten years when it was still owned by Todd. The new owner Moe and his team have continued the great service that Todd established. Our furnace went out and Moe and his team were very clear regarding solutions and worked to get the new install completed quickly in the cold weather. Everyone was communicative and responsive. They were about a week out for a full heat pump and furnace system check. Alex did the work and was friendly, answered my questions, and easy to work with. I will definitely use Ponderosa in the future.
Absolutely fantastic experience. They arrived on time at the beginning of the time window. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One fireplace issue was addressed and fixed and the other 2 were serviced. I couldn't have asked for better service. This company is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure to work with in any capacity in 2 different countries. I highly recommend Ponderosa Hearing & Air to anyone who wants heating and ac work done. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 15.
