Mike with Ponderosa was great! He was very friendly and did great work. I also appreciate the communication via text on when he would arrive and even though I was home, it was great to get the text on when he had completed the work. My furnaces are ready for winter!

He inspected our ducts, our home was built in 1972, and chose a furnace that he guaranteed would meet our needs with just a little bit of ductwork. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated being able to get on the schedule within a week of calling Ponderosa to have our furnace and water heater systems serviced. Michael- the tech- showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He provided us some recommendations and answered some of our questions that the last company couldn't. We are very pleased with our experience!! Would absolutely recommend Ponderosa!
Chris has come to my house twice for heating and cooling system inspection and maintenance. He remembered our discussions from his previous visit. He is friendly, efficient, and professional. He did a thorough inspection and answered all of my questions. I will request Chris to do my next inspection.
Chris was great! On time and was very through doing maintenance on my furnace and AC at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be a coming to Ponderosa and Chris for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommended!
