Ponderosa is a great company! We have used them for years. Moe is honest, and reliable. They are reasonable and have helped us out with an emergency and with annual maintenance. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
Very responsive for weekend service! My A/C died while I was away and it was 90 degrees inside. I called them at 6pm on a Sunday and they had someone at my house within 90 minutes. He fixed the issue and waited to make sure it did not recur.

Chris came out to check the newly installed HVAC system in our home today and did a great job explaining things clearly and helping me understand the system installed by the Ponderosa team. Moe has also been very helpful over the years of troubleshooting our system before we decided to replace it. I find this company and everyone we’ve worked with to be trustworthy and experienced.
Michael was our service tech and he was great. Knowledgable, friendly and thorough. So glad we found Ponderosa.
