I've never felt more dismissed or disrespected by a doctor. While the office staff are absolutely lovely and incredibly kind and good at their jobs, it doesn't help if the doctor doesn't actually provide any care. I came to Dr. Hrywnak when my previous primary care doc retired. I came in because my eyesight has been failing, and my neurologist recommended a thyroid test to see if the thyroid was responsible. Ugh... Missed an appointment set last fall. No calls no messages but a $50 charge arrived the next day. Talked with billing...she said they called me twice, did not leave a message, Kendra charted she spoke to me about Covid ...she did not. Called back to billing with concerns about charting things that are not true...no listening just a constant barrage of over talking me saying the same things over and over.
