Questionable products. Had them out twice In 15 months for same problem they installed. Still charged $114 for service call when it was their previous install then another $35.00 for new receptacle. These receptacles should last 10-15 years. I was told I could go on line to the company and send in bad unit. Guess they better start using better stuff. Will not have them again. Don’t stand behind their product and buying cheap products to start with.
Dont charge $114 for basically coming out and telling me not to use both my space heaters at the same time and not work on anything and still charge an outrageous fee. I get you guys will charge a fee for coming out but definately not $114 for it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to you guys.
Bill S. Ponderosa Electric came to our home, their workers are real veterans. Were glad we called them. They replaced our electrical service for us and did an excellent job. No more blinking lights or power going off due to the fuses. They were fast and cleaned everything up as they finished. They went through the entire system with us, showing us how to use the new breaker system. They even installed a lightning and surge suppression system. We really feel safe and secure now.
