Ancient appliances, terrible management, and greedy price gouging despite not having a substantial increase in costs
I went with a friend to visit someone from our church. She was there and we had a nice time talking to her.
Terrible renting experience. We asked to renew our lease after 2 years and they kicked us out giving us a fee of 2500.00 to pay in 30 days or they are wrecking our credit. Beware and never rent from Concept property management they do not care about people they just want to rip you off
