I was very disappointed with my experience with this property management. Communication throughout the process was difficult and, at times, felt unprofessional. I believe clear, respectful, and timely communication is extremely important when managing a property, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service.

Annette is an amazing property manager. She made the move in process seamless for me by keeping in constant communication about when it would be ready, and when I moved into, sight unseen mind you (although I had an idea about the floor space on their website) and couldn’t be happier and more comfortable in my new 1 bedroom apartment. If you have any doubts about renting from Ponderosa Apartments, put those worries to bed because Annette will take good care of you! Thanks Annette for everything you’ve done for me!!

The complex is clean and taken care of well with gardeners coming by, pool cleaner, laundry room is clean, and the trash cans getting emptied frequently. The overall upkeep of everything makes the complex pleasant to live in

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the property manager, Annette. I have been a resident for the past two years and made the decision to move out primarily due to my experience with her behavior. Throughout my tenancy, communication with Annette has consistently been difficult and often escalated into unnecessary arguments.
