I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the property manager, Annette. I have been a resident for the past two years and made the decision to move out primarily due to my experience with her behavior. Throughout my tenancy, communication with Annette has consistently been difficult and often escalated into unnecessary arguments. I’ve had a great experience living at Ponderosa Apartments. The community is always clean and quiet, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. The management also does a great job updating the apartments between tenants with new flooring and other modern features, so the units feel fresh and well maintained. The apartments are also very spacious for such a reasonable price, which is hard to find in this area. Overall, a great value and a welcoming community.
Annette, the Manager of the Ponderosa Apartments at 701Mobil Ave is a very kind, understanding and helpful person. She has always responded to my concerns in a timely manner throughout the many years that I have been a resident. Ponderosa is lucky to have her as the Manager.
Nice quiet, well kept, and reasonably priced apartments. Annette the, property manager, works hard and has quickly taken care of any of my concerns. I’ve been here for 2 months, and so far I’m happy.
