Dr Ponder is Amazing!!!!!! No appointment walked in 30 minutes before closing time and was treated as if I was 1st patient with appointment! Fantastic personality! Really listened to what I needed and knew worked for me!
Jana and her staff were patient and kind. They answered all our questions and provided us with many options for our needs. Highly recommend them if your looking for warm, friendly caring people.
I absolutely love her to death. Best and easiest eye doctor I've been to. My last few doctors have flipped through the different strengths loops so fast that it was hard to determine which was best and she actually took her time and went back and forth with each one so I could decide. My husband and I have been going to Jana for years. She is the best eye doctor that we have ever gone to. We highly recommend her.
They did not verify our insurance until after the services were preformed. Charge extremely high price for our area. The doctor is fine but the customer service is awful.
