I was told to be here for my appointment at 745 it's almost 815 and nothing. There's one other person in waiting room. All we hear is them laughing, joking, talking about patients behind the walls. How unprofessional. Now that I've made the review they are calling everyone that came after me and talking in Spanish about it I will be calling anywhere I can to file a complaint
I have a serious problem with you answering the phone in Spanish. To make that assumption in the US, is not ok.
I made an appointment to remove my nexplanon birth control implant. Having no insurance my old OBGYN office and Planned Parenthood wanted over $500 to remove. Here they worked with my salary and being a stay at home mom makes it difficult. It was way less of a cost than I thought. Also the Doctor Jean was AMAZING. Made me feel comfortable the entire time both visits. Second visit was a breeze. Definitely recommend!
Just done. For the third time of my last 2 appointments they confirmed my appt just to cancel it a few hrs later and then tell ME to call to reschedule like I cancelled the appointment.
