Poor maintenance, zero parking, crumbling driveway, broken siding from past storms on each building, leaky roofs, No hose access, overfilled dumpsters, poor landscaping and snow removal, stink bugs and other insects getting inside during winter. DISGUSTING! Rude tenants, and so much more bad stuff. Absolutely terrible here. People will drive by and stare into your garage if it’s left open ! I tired constantly helping make the place better but you will get ZERO respect here whatsoever! AVOID THIS PLACE!
Management & Maintenance
Insanely slow response times and "fixes." Currently on day 3 of no garage or car access. Took several visits to get new dryer despite grinding bearings. Wind tore off a shudder, 1.5 years later, still not reattached. Packages disappearing weekly. Just a crapshow. No one cares. The move in was due to cheapest rent but they have no troubles raising it max every year now. DOES that ensure timely and proper maintenance? It does not. Waited days to get keys to my apartment.
