If I could give zero stars, I would. We spent a small fortune on a 9×14 pool only to watch it crack and pull away from our house. It’s been nothing but headaches. The workmanship was shoddy from the start, and the pool started settling almost immediately. Trying to get Pond Springs Custom Pools to fix it has been a nightmare. Back in 2020, I built my first pool with a different company and there were many, MANY issues during the process. I learned a lot of valuable lessons though, so when I decided to build a pool at my new house in 2024, I was much better prepared and educated on what to ask and what to expect.
