I had an excellent install and ongoing support from Neal at Pond Springs Custom Pools. I found the quality of the work to be excellent. I appreciated from design to install and on going warranty support. He understands the best pool equipment … built to last. Each step in the process all the workers were knowledgeable and helpful. Neal was excellent to work with. He listened to what we wanted and designed the perfect pool for us. Our pool was built on time, and they were very attentive to all our requests. After the pool was ready, they proved lessons on how to control and care for the pool. Neal still checks in with us to make sure everything is ok and we are very happy. I give pond Springs Pool my full endorsement.
Our experience with Neal was poor from the time we signed our contract. We signed our contract in Feb 2022 and excavation took 3 months to start because he kept failing to get the permit submitted with the city. I finally had to call the city myself and they said they had not received any paperwork from Pond Springs. After I mentioned this to Neal, it was done within a week.
