Dr. Pond always takes the time to listen to any concerns & questions I have. Never rushes an appointment & gives you his undivided attention. Even after you leave the office, you have multiple ways to get ahold of Dr Pond & Caslyn. I was given a prescription that my insurance would not cover after calling Dr Pond, the Pharmacist had a new prescription within 15 minutes. This was my insurance issue not Dr. Ponds fault. They prescribe medicine which are not available in any drug store. Doesn’t respond to call when asked for an alternative medicine. Basically when you walk out with your prescription you are on your own. They’ll not take any responsibility if the medicine is not available. Completely careless attitude. Stay safe. Don’t visit this place. Horrible experience
Dr. Pond is wonderful and truly does care about how you're doing. He even does the crazy thing of listening to what you have to say! ? He definitely isn't medicine first, or a pill pusher. He actually tries to avoid that. He's a great guy and really does just want to help his patients.
