Charged $450 for 30 mins of work; system stopped working within a day! I wish I had checked the yelp reviews as my experience mirrors the many others who have dealt with absurd charges and systems breaking immediately after "service." I hired Gary to summerize a fully functioning backyard waterfall inherited from the previous owner. Gary was at my home for a maximum of 30 minutes to reconnect the system. AMAZING service! These guys are quick, skilled, clean, and very patient. Whether it's identifying a leak, changing your pond/ water garden look, cleaning, or any other pond related question, these guys deliver. Their years of experience is easily observed in how they assess, plan, and deliver on their solutions and suggestions. Thanks Pond Boy, you've eliminated tireless hours of guesswork with my pond.
