I love PFC and have for years, I’ve never had a bad experience there all-around! This is a safe, open 24/7, clean, hospitable gym it has everything you’d need and is affordable for a membership. I love the location it looks like a bank from the outside so I get a greater sense of safety going there, the temp is always perfect and they have great energy drinks/ pre and post workout protein snacks/ meals to offer. My favorite gym, even though it’s 60 miles a way I make a trip at least once a month. Holden, the owner, is one of the most genuine and nice people ever and he has some of my favorite equipment. The gym is always spotless and has some of the coolest merch and supplements available. If it were even slightly closer I’d have a membership and drive the hour!
Great gym and amazing equipment!
Great Gym! Holden (the owner) was very welcoming. Definitely recommend this gym to any gym rats who like to travel to other gyms. Will visit again.
