Absolutely amazing environment. The mega mass row machine and the chest press are by far the best I’ve used. Great vibes to this place. If you go to the gym in the Ponchatoula/hammond area you would be stupid to not go here.
Literally the best gym around. New equipment regularly. Cheap. Clean. Friendly atmosphere. What else do you need?
Best Gym I’ve ever been too, amazing, rare equipment that you’ll probably never see again. Iron slinging friendly environment. The gym owner is one of a kind and great! You’ve gotta visit.
Came for a day pass & all I can say it this gym is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner is very approachable and easy to contact. They also have some of the rarest and most unique equipment I’ve ever seen or had the chance to try.
