UNETHICAL! My wife and I looked at 608 Scenic Drive, Moore SC on 1/17/2024. MLS no. 305531 Approx total heated sq ft. 3359 Upstairs listed as 1,705 sq. Ft. House has a basement listed as 1,664 sq. Ft HEATED below grade. No thermostat, no vents. One medium sized heat pump on side of the house (assuming for the upstairs). Do not understand how the basement can be advertised as HEATED. Buyer beware. Even the agent (not with Ponce) said it was unethical.
