I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with this business, other than their realtor, Kaylee Froemming. I never knew her personally. She just loved to DM me on Facebook saying harassing things and sensitive information that honestly traumatized me. I still have no clue why I had to hear any of this stuff from Kaylee, a random person. She brought my own child into the matter and it scared me. Really weird, found a house online and wanted to look at it. Scheduled a showing but the day before showing was asked to prove income, which is not a problem but felt as they were just digging for info as the house address will not pull up. When I asked why within the next 5 minutes I was told it was no longer up for rent and listed for sale. So I asked the cash price and was told an absurd number. I cannot speak highly enough about Debbie Barnard! We have used her for 12 years or more, and have always been nothing but satisfied with her and her willingness to show us a house whenever and wherever!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and looks out for their best interest. I would recommend her to anyone, from a first time home buyer or experienced, if you want someone that’s going to get the job done!!
