I was the seller and they were representing the buyer, and frankly what a mess. No communication, wanting additional showings for buyers ( which is no problem HOWEVER an hour notice is just rude). They were almost two hours late for the requested showing and then an hour early for the second. All LAST MINUTE! The second “showing” was to show the buyer the new roof and the additional bedroom only.
