BEWARE AND FIND ANOTHER AGENCY!!! I would definitely recommend that you find another agency to help you find your new home. This agency is deceitful and unhelpful. 3 weeks after I closed on my home I found a $15000 foundation repair that the remax agent did not pass along. I found the disclosure that the agent left in the house and it was not the disclosure I signed! Everyone in the office is saying it's my problem now. They are quick to take your money and then you are on your own!
