I've known Dr. Won for 15 years. I moved from Cary to Atlanta in 2010 and have trust issues when it comes to major surgery such as what Dr. Won has expertise with. I drove 6 hours to have him do the work I could trust no one else with. Dr. Won and his team did a wonderful job. I had a very complex and very major surgery that only two dr in the area can perform and Dr.Won was absolutely AMAZING!! I was so happy with the results and the staff is wonderful! I had seen so many horror stories with the type of surgery I was having and it went flawless and I completely thank Dr. Won and his team. I cannot say enough great things about him and the staff!!!
Terrible experience as developed C-Diff which is a terrible intestinal / colon infection as a result of the antibiotics that Dr. Won prescribed for wisdom teeth to be pulled. After 2-3 weeks still having issues and may for life. Would never recommend him.

We are terribly sorry that you are going through such side effect. We have put you on 3 day dose of the clindamycin which is universally accepted as very conservative dosing for that antibiotic. Main reason for such conservative approach was to avoid c diff colitis. However we must balance between preventing infection vs complications. Vast majority of times we are successful in preventing infections without side effect of medicine. However we cannot escape that some cases chances will catch up with us.
