Need a tow in the middle of the night and this guy came to work no questions asked. Hopefully I won't need them again but I will remember the service and promptness if I need to I will call again.

I had two cars serviced here and honestly could not be any more satisfied with their service. They were very honest and fair with their pricing.. which is very tough to find these days. They earned my business for sure and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I don't remember ever having to be towed....Tonight I pulled in my parking spot at the gym only to find that my car when in park - went in reverse! Ford Roadside took care of it immediately and sent Pompton Plains Service and Towing. The young man was extremely kind and very helpful. He offered to drive me home but I had already called my son-in-law. He even offered to wait with me until my ride came. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very fast service and excellent customer service. Thank you so so much!

My tire light came on this morning. I pulled in looking for an air pump. Mike and his staff were very welcoming. Turns out I picked up a nail in front tire. They plugged/repaired the tire in 5 min. Best $ spent. Thank you guys
