If you’re looking to move…DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Ive lived here for 4 years now and this place has truly killed my happiness. Number one, theres no assigned parking, and no cameras. So when your car gets hit, you have to pay for it. Out of your pocket. The landlord doesn’t even bother to help. Not only that, theres only 2 washers and dryers per building. meanwhile over 15 people live in each building…so good luck trying to do your laundry efficiently. As residents of Pompton Hills for the past seven years, my wife and I have been very happy with our apartment, anything that needed attention in our apartment, and the overall care and attention of the property. Always nicely kept—clean and attractive, the property manager—Ljuman Kolanja, is very attentive to everyone’s needs and is always prompt and courteous. A five star rating for us!
