If you are an owner operator without a national account don't waste your time trying to get a tire after hours. Not sure how a tire shop functions without being able to take a credit card payment.

Installed a bad tire and refused all responsibility. Charged 2 hours of service for a call that took under an hour from my phone call to completion of install. Charged well over retail for the tire. Tire blew out 3 hours down the road and they denied all responsibility. Took two days for management to reach back out. Had to pay a road service to replace their tire job.
