About a year ago I needed a tire repair. The technician cut the bead on the tire during repair that completely ruined the tire.The shop manager stepped up and put two brand new tires on free of charge . That was greatly appreciated and due to that excellent customer service a couple of weeks ago and gave them a call to get an estimate on 4 new tires and an alignment. Never received a call back. Friendly & helpful staff. We blew a tire stem on our new RV tires traveling cross country. They were recommended, we called, it was fixed and we were back on the road…highly recommend them if you need them! -John & Tracy
you guys did a great job! Fast service with a smile. I want to give a shout out to james in the office, his customer service is great. He was super helpful with both purchasing and providing a receipt for my insurance company quickly after i had lost my copy. I'll definitely recommend you guys!

Spent 500 hundred dollars for them to do an alignment and fix the from end of my truck and 50 miles later my ball joint blew out and “they couldn’t tell it was bad”

not only did they overcharge us compared to other shops in the area....but they left our can in their parking lot unlocked and with the keys hanging in the ignition....it could have easily been stolen!!! i work for local police and there have been a string of car thefts lately which i told their employee. it is unacceptable to leave a clients car that way even for a minute because that is all it takes to be stolen!
